Law No. (17) of 2015 Amending a provision in Law No. (2) of 1974 AD Regarding cooperative farms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
General National Congress<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After looking at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Constitutional Declaration issued on 03\/08\/2011 AD. and its modifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Bylaws of the General National Congress and its amendments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Law No. (2) of 1974 AD. Regarding cooperative farms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Resolution of the President of the General National Congress No. (25) for the year 2015. regarding the formation of a committee to review the legislation in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– And on the letter of the Chairman of the Committee of Experts to Revise Laws No. 4\/2015 AD. Dated on 11\/17\/1436 AH corresponding to 09\/01\/2015 AD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– And on the conclusions of the General National Congress in its regular suspended meeting No. (233) held on Wednesday, Muharram 1, 1437 AH; Corresponding to 10\/14\/2015 AD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
issued the following law<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article (10) of Law No. (2) of 1974 AD shall be repealed. on cooperative farms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article (2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This law shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette, and all that contravenes its provisions shall be repealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
