The Minister of Industry and Minerals, Ahmed Abuhisa, met at the Ministry\u2019s Tripoli headquarters on Tuesday with the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the \u201cMade in Libya\u201d Exhibition, the Chairman of the Libyan Industry Union (LIU) and the Head of the Military Industrialization Authority<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting dealt with several files, including how to cooperate between the Military Industrialization Authority and the Ministry of Industry in the framework of developing and localizing industry, as the Military Industrialization Authority includes several large industrial complexes that contain thousands of industrial machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting also touched on the latest preparations for the exhibition scheduled to be held in November, which will be under the banner \u2018\u2018Made in Libya\u2019\u2019, where the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the exhibition and the President of the LIU confirmed that the procedures are progressing normally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Minister stressed the need to complete all procedures and preparations in order for this major event to take place on time, stressing the ministry\u2019s readiness to provide the necessary support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2018\u2018Made in Libya\u2019\u2019 to be held in Tunis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n It will be recalled that the maiden \u2018\u2018Made in Libya\u2019\u2019 event was first revealed by Minister Abuhisa in July this year. The event is co-organized by the LIU and involves 150 Libyan companies and entities and is to be held in Tunis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The event is aimed at activating partnerships and integration between Tunisia and Libya.
