The projects are sponsored by France\u2019s Total Energies and are being installed at the following institutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ben Jawad General Hospital<\/li><li>Faculty of Energy Technologies at Jkhira<\/li><li>Faculty of Engineering and Oil at Jalu<\/li><li>Tsawa Hospital in the Ataba valley for the operation of the medical oxygen plant<\/li><li>Ghat General Hospital to operate the medical oxygen plant<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The NOC said that the generation of electricity from renewable and clean energies is one of its most important objectives over the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This it added, is for the purpose of promoting awareness among the public of the importance of using renewable energies and contributing to preserving the environment and reducing emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also added that this emphasizes the direction of the NOC and its partners in the use of clean energies, to generate electricity and take advantage of Libya\u2019s distinctive location in the use of solar energy as a substitute for fossil fuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is noteworthy that previously the NOC installed solar systems in several hospitals in Rajban, Zintan and Ubari General Hospital, sponsored by Spain\u2019s Repsol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NOC said it hopes to expand in this field and gradually replace other energy sources in its oil sites and fields.
