Africa Towards a Free & Digital Economy

The Libyan-Tunisian-Algerian conference towards transition to a free and digital economy in Africa
Free and Digital economy are two concepts that refer to the widespread use of information and communication technology in all social and economic endeavors, expanding opportunities, stimulating economic growth, and improving the provision of public services. It has an important role in building “smart societies” that enhance the capacities of all actors, public authorities, government, businesses, and citizens, especially youth, to make optimal and informed decisions and reduce inequality. The African region cannot remain Far from shifting to a free and digital economy. African countries should benefit, with their rich human capabilities and financial resources.

This necessity has become more urgent today in light of globalization, and given the rapid developments and changes, especially after the Corona pandemic, the world will certainly change and become more competitive in using alternatives to continue business and economic activities
