The private sector has emerged as a key element in the establishment of economic, environmental and social activity, based on its entrepreneurial spirit and risk tolerance, and the orientation towards creativity and innovation in a way that guarantees the ability to compete and positively influence development and poverty reduction processes. Despite the controversy over sustainable development goals and its role in achieving these goals within the United Nations 2030 Program, and in light of the increasing status of the public sector and its importance, the private sector remains a major pivotal presence that cannot be disregarded. Policy-makers and the legislations and legal provisions associated with them, whose main goal is to achieve the best outcomes, should set out the most appropriate measures that allow the performance of the private sector to develop in economic activity: the positive effects that result from it should be reflected in employment growth rates and level of income. However, in light of the multiplicity of obstacles facing the growth of the private sector on the one hand and the failures that characterise its activity on the other hand, the ability of the private sector to develop requires the development of an integrated and coherent framework that takes into account the aspects that affect this process, which is what we are trying to achieve in this conference through the following Aims
