New Leadership with Fahmi Al-Jahmi and Ahmed Al-Magrif to Enhance Joint Action.

The LBC has approved the restructuring of its branch in the eastern region in Benghazi and appointed a new leadership, with the aim of enhancing the branch’s effectiveness and keeping pace with economic developments, which reflects the council’s strategy to activate the roles of its branches and improve their performance.
The LBC has issued a decision to appoint businessman Fahmi Al-Jahmi as the head of its Benghazi branch, with Dr. Ahmed Al-Magrif as the vice-president. This appointment aims to promote joint action that serves the interests of the national economy and protects the interests of the private sector.
The Council affirmed that the branch, with its new leadership, will play a pivotal role in representing the business community and building partnerships with relevant economic institutions. The branch will also work to encourage projects and initiatives that contribute to achieving sustainable economic growth and promoting economic stability.
This move comes as part of the Council’s efforts to activate its role across Libya, by supporting its branches and empowering them to make decisions that serve the interests of business owners in their regions. This reflects the commitment of the LBC to enabling the private sector to fully perform its role in comprehensive development.
This restructuring is considered an important step to strengthen the Council’s presence in the eastern region and will contribute to providing a more effective business environment. The new leadership is expected to launch qualitative initiatives that serve the local economy and achieve the Council’s strategic goals.
