After reviewing and amending the constitutional declaration.
And the Law of the State’s Financial System and the Budget, Accounts and Warehouse Regulations and their amendments.
And Law No. (22) of 1989 AD regarding the industrial organization and its executive regulations.
Law No. (12) of 2010 AD regarding the issuance of the Labor Relations Law and its executive regulations.
And Resolution of the National Transitional Council No. (174) of 2011 AD regarding defining the structure of the transitional government and its amendments.
And National Transitional Council Resolution No. (184) of 2011 AD regarding the adoption of the transitional government.
And the Resolution of the General People’s Committee (formerly) No. (146) for the year 2006 AD, regarding the establishment of the General Authority for Industrial Estates.

And the decision of the General People’s Committee (previously) No. (407) of 2010 AD, regarding the adoption of the regulations for the industrial zones.
And Council of Ministers Resolution No. (25) for the year 2012 AD regulating the administrative apparatus of the Ministry of Industry and issuing some provisions.
And what was presented by the Minister of Industry in writing No. (132) dated 20/3/2012 AD;
And what was decided by the Council of Ministers at its fifteenth ordinary meeting of the year 2012 AD.

Article (1)
The Public Authority for Industrial Estates is managed by a board of directors consisting of a chairman and six members, to be formed by a decision of the Minister of Industry. The term of office is four years, subject to renewal.

Article (2)
The Authority shall have a Director-General named by a decision of the Minister of Industry, based on a proposal from the Board of Directors.

Article (3)
The Minister of Industry shall determine the duties and responsibilities of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Manager by the legislation in force.

Article (4)
This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and every ruling that contradicts it shall be rescinded, and the competent authorities shall implement it, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
