Concerning the Amendment of the Commodity Categories Annex
that may be imported by import tools

After reviewing the provisional constitutional declaration, and its amendments.
And the Libyan Political Agreement was signed on 12/17/2015 AD.
And the Law of the State’s Financial System and the Budget, Accounts and Warehouse Regulations and their amendments.
Law No. 23 of 2010 AD regarding commercial activity and the executive regulations issued pursuant thereto.
And Cabinet Resolution No. (188) of 2012 AD. Issuing the executive regulations for the eighth book of the Commercial Activity Law No. (23) of 2010 AD. Concerning the provisions regulating export and import.
And Resolution of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord No. (4) of 2016 AD regarding the formation of a government of national accord.
And Resolution of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord No. (12) of 2016 AD. regarding the assignment of tasks.
And the letter of the Minister of Economy and Industry, Plenipotentiary No. (105) of 03/13/2018 AD;
and as required by the public interest.

Article (1)
The annex of the commodity categories that may be imported by the import tools by the list attached to this decision shall be applied instead of the annex of the commodity categories attached to the aforementioned Council of Ministers Decision No. (188) of 2012 AD.

Article (2)

What authorizes the Minister of Economy and Industry to add new categories not mentioned in the categories appendix attached to this decision, or to merge or amend them by the requirements of the public interest.

Article (3)

Those concerned with this decision shall settle their situation by its provisions within three months from the date of its issuance.

Article (4)

This resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance. Every provision that contradicts it shall be repealed. And the competent authorities must implement it.
