The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Libyan Businessmen Council and the Export Development Center at the launch ceremony of Aamal Platform.
The Libyan Businessmen Council launched this evening, Sunday, September 12, the digital business platform, which is established in cooperation with the US Agency for International Development, in an official event held at Bab Al Bahr Hotel, in the presence of the President of the Libyan Businessmen Council, the Director-General of the Libyan Export Development Center, the Director of the Financial Facilities Fund and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Tripoli Trade, President of the International Network for Entrepreneurship, several directors of public and private institutions, businessmen, members of the Council, and economic figures.
A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Council and the Export Development Center, aimed at promoting the concept of partnership between the public and private sectors.
A business platform that aims to provide the council’s services electronically to its affiliated members, in addition to providing a digital information portal in both Arabic languages. English, providing assistance and support to investors at home and abroad, working on sponsoring entrepreneurs, cooperating with public sector institutions in the areas of information exchange, training, and support programs, in addition to networking between these institutions and the private sector to address any problems facing the private sector and work to overcome them and work to reduce procedures Paper and bureaucracy and encouraging the adoption of digitization in all the corridors of public and private institutions.
The platform also seeks to legalize the digital signature to help expedite the completion of the procedures for various paper transactions
