Libyan Fertilizer Company Reoperates Second Urea Plant.
The Libyan Fertilizer Company has announced the resumption of production at the second urea plant, with an estimated daily production rate of 1,487 metric tons, 85% of the plant’s total capacity.
It also praised the company’s operational and technical staff’s efforts in the reoperating process.
