on setting the price of a commodity

Minister of Economy and Trade: –

  • After perusal of the constitutional declaration issued on 08/03/2011 and its amendments.
  • And the Libyan Political Agreement was signed on December 17, 2015.
  • And on the outcomes of the Libyan Dialogue Forum held on November 09, 2020.
  • And the Law of the State’s Financial System and the Budget, Accounts and Warehouse Regulations and their amendments.
  • And Law No. (10) of 2010 regarding customs.
  • Law No. (12) of 2010 regarding the issuance of the Labor Relations Law and its executive regulations.
  • And Law No. (23) of 2010 regarding commercial activity and the decisions and regulations issued in implementation of it.
  • And on what was decided by the Libyan House of Representatives in its session held on March 10, 2021 AD in the city of Sirte regarding granting confidence to the government of national unity;
  • And Cabinet Resolution No. (188) of 2012 issued the executive regulations for Book Eight of the Commercial Activity Law No. (23) of 2012 regarding the provisions regulating export and import.
  • And Resolution of the Minister of Economy and Trade No. (193) of 2021 AD regarding the adoption of the Harmonized System for Classification and Classification of Goods.
  • And the Decision of the Minister of Economy No. (199) for the year 2012 AD specifies the lists of goods that are restricted and whose import and export are prohibited.
  • And Resolution of the Minister of Economy and Industry No. 398 of 2018 regarding the reclassification of the commodity categories that may be imported from the import tools.
  • And Cabinet Resolution of the Government of National Unity No. (235) for the year 2021 AD regarding the approval of the organizational structure of the Ministry of Economy and Trade.
  • And Resolution of the Minister of Economy and Trade No. (14) of 2022 AD regarding the issuance of the internal regulation.
  • And the minutes of the meeting of the Undersecretary for Commercial Affairs dated 01/19/2022 AD regarding the determination of subsidized fodder prices and the development of operating and delivery mechanisms.

Article (1)

      The contract price for feed shall be as follows: –

First: barley:

Loose barley180 dinars/quintal
Bagged barley190 dinars/quintal

According to the applicable Libyan standard specifications.

Second: Forage:

itemprice
12.5% ​​protein preservative feed (forage)195 dinars / quintal

According to the applicable Libyan standard specifications.

Article (2)

The prices referred to in Article (1) of this Resolution are valid for a period of (3 months) from 20/01/2022 to 20/04/2022.

Article (3)

The support percentage is 50% of the contractual price.

Article (4)

The selling price to breeders shall be as follows:

Article (5)

The allocations of municipalities in favor of breeders are determined in accordance with the decision issued by Prime Minister No. (447) for the year 2021 AD regarding the formation of the central committee for the distribution of fodder.

Article (6)

This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and those who are addressed by its provisions shall put it into effect.
