Tunisia reintroduces need for traveller PCR tests for those vaccinated in reaction to the new Omicron Coronavirus variant
Tunisia’s Health Ministry announced yesterday that as of Wednesday 1 December all incoming passengers aged over 2 years must show a dated negative PCR test result taken less than 48 hours before travel.
Travellers not fully vaccinated must observe a 10-day quarantine at predesignated facilities. The move is believed to be in reaction to the emergence of the new Omicron Coronavirus strain.
